what is he.....

well for the most part...he's a eclectic mix of metal, oil and flesh.....fused together by ruinous black powers....to create a nigh unstopable hulk of a killing machine....elite in persona but heavy support in firepower....

Bill and his bretheren are veterans of countless battles....and it shows...since they have survived long enough to be warped completely by the black energy that surrounds them....fusing steel flesh and weaponry together into one.....big mass....


he sorely wants to be apart of the obliterator squad....
