Finally got the bloody thing inked....yay!

ANYWAYS.......not really big guns as far as mecha are concerned....but meh...

A mecha designed primarily for Anti ship warfare and secondary precision anti mech warfare. Its primary armaments consist of a variable speed beam cannon designed to punch throught the shields, take out the shield generators and pave the way for its other primary weapon... a experimental disruptor cannon (ima gonna vaporize ya >D) designed for use with mecha.....with the way paved the suit can (in theroy) take out the target capital ship or so with one or two shots from the disruptor. There are drawbacks though to the disruptor, which consist of a charge of five to six shots....considering how big the e-clip is...and a REAL long cooldown time between firings. Other weapons consist of Leg racks containing interceptor missles to take on incoming missles and fighters AND each upper container has a decoy dummy missle that emits the mechs energy signature to throw tracking devices off futher besides the jamming system in the shoulders. The shoulders each contain two salvos of micro missles and the aforementioned jamming system. On the torso is a light beam machine gun and on each of the forearms is a retracting beam saber/ light beam gun just in case if worse comes to worse.

As for defense the mech boasts a experimental shield generator that draws its power mechs power core. the main generators are located in the front of the torso and in the back. Backup generators are located on the legs. And the aforementioned jamming system.

I think I've rambled enough about this design.....I hope you enjoy it :D

Design is very nice! The inkjob is crisp and clean!

Reminds me of my AC in Armored Core(except for a few things). My AC design is a fairly light mech that can fly for very long durations but it is initially equipped with a Huge Plasma Cannon and a Bazooka Rifle. Way too heavy for the AC to carry making it more like a slug. It doesn't matter though since the Torso swivelling can take the punishment. Firing the Bazooka at the target to damage the target, heat it up, and stun it for just long enough for the Plasma Cannon to unleash a concentrated beam of plasma into the target, vaporizing it! If worse comes to worse, drop the PC and BR and take out the Beam Sword and hard shell pistol(or energy shield depending on the situation) and let off of the holds on the boosters and charge! Fly into the air drop behind the enemy like a ninja and SLASH BAM BAM BAM BAM in the back! Jump Jet Boost takes me clear into the air where I use my OBs to launch myself away from the oncoming missiles! I fire off my decoys and dodge the 16 missile spread salvos and land and target my target with my beam sword and unleash a beam disc from the sword, slicing the enemy in half from afar. :> Mechs are fun.

Does the mech design overheat from the generators, maybe including a coolant system for it would make it more efficient. I'm sure that Disruptor Rifle emits some nasty stuff. Seems like a very fast design and very stable in close combat and most effective in what you described it to do. :)

I've been trying to do mechs lately so I can appreciate the time and effort it took to make this. Do you do it all from your head, did you learn from a tutorial?
